We offer you a range of Pilates programmes: Beginners; Intermediate; Pre/Post natal; and Healthy Backs, which help to correct body alignment by strengthening the abdominals, stabilising the spine and supporting the back. Alternatively, try our Fusion Pilates class – incorporating a combination of exercise methods (Yoga, Cardio and Pilates) – invigorating and very effective, you can achieve noticeable results in a shorter time-frame.
